"Will Not Rust, Fade, Tarnish or Corrode"

Lenape Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own it. Our porcelain bath accessories & hardware will never rust, fade, tarnish or corrode! Damage to the product caused by accident, misuse or abuse is not covered by this warranty. This warranty excludes incidental and consequential damages and is limited to the original purchaser. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We will, at our option, replace or repair the defective part, free of charge.

Include your name, address, model number, daytime phone number and a short explanation of your dissatisfaction. We may at our discretion ask for the product to be returned.

In the event your state does not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
